Hallo guys first time posting I just bough a mesa boogie vtwin rack and a rocktron velocity 300 watt.I m playing death metal and I wanted to ask if it is stupid to use metalzone with this preamp.The truth is that this preamp doesnt have at all metal tone.So will it sound like shit if I use a mz infront of it?A friend said that this will ruin my tube preamp.Plz help:Smokin:

I haven´t tried the v-twin, but i´ve tried the MZ with tube amps and it sucks.
I saw cannibal corpse using a Sansamp psa-1, but maybe they change their gear constantly.
I was a MZ head, loved it with a Boss Eq-7, but there is a time in almost every guitar player that need an upgrade.
