metalfoundry plus ampsims 'n shit

How's all sittin? Can't get the bass to sit well. It's too loose and boomy, but i am using too crappy bas ampsims, any suggestions to get the bass more solid? How's the overall, tried to make drums NOT so machine but when it's midi it's machine. Please help

I think the drums are too loud for a start - it is making it difficult to hear the guitar tones and the riffs.

The tones seem pretty good for this style though. If you're having difficulty with bass tones, try some of the stuff by ACMEBARGIG. JohhnyMcfly off these forums makes that stuff I think and his amp sims are great.

Cool riffs and songwriting too.

well well did some sorting. Popped the snare WAY more, Cleaned the guitars and assembled the bass to sit better with the guitars also. Dropped WAY down the OH's with some "scooping" too to 'em. Made room mic more reverb like and to give some distance to the drums overall and shit, but this is what it did.
