metallica bass books! help!

Does anyone know a web page where i can for free download a bass book (with notes and tabs) from metallica so i wont have to buy it? or a bass book from kreator, dark tranquillity, machine head, dimmu borgir or any other metal band?

EDIT: If you do decide to not be a bum and buy a book, get the book Metallica - Riff By Riff for Bass. Doesn't have every song, but the ones in there are good and Cliff's solo is spot on, sounds perfect when I play it.
