Unfortunately i won't be making any of the shows but my girlfriend will be at this Saturdays one so i'll make sure she headbangs for me too.

I'll most likely be seeing Ted Poley (ex DANGER DANGER) that night. Polar opposites indeed.

i'm going tomorrow night.my mate managed to get hold of some standing tickets about 3 weeks ago from someone who couldn't go. Having seen them in September i'm still not convinced about having the fixed stage in the middle of the arena floor.I found it very distracting as you would be watching one performer and then all of a sudden he was on the other side of the stage and then you were watching his back for the rest of the song. Anyway, this will be my 7th Metallica concert(all in Sydney).
1989 at the Hordern
1993? twice at Entertainment Centre
2004 Entertainment Centre and Big Day Out
2010 Acer Arena in Sept and now tomorrow night

Somehow i managed to end up at METALLICA last night! LOL!
Cashed in on someone dropping out last minute. Was in the nosebleed section though Ralphe so front or back it made no difference to me they all looked like Metallic ants from where i was sitting.
Decent set list though and plenty of old stuff getting a look in. Creeping Death, No Remorse, Fade To Balck, Whiplash, Battery etc
