Well, I've liked all their albums pretty well. Then again, I got into them pretty late and had no attachment or expectation. So I'll probably enjoy the next one too.

i got into them last year and find that i don't really like the new stuff. i much prefer the lightning/puppets albums to any of their other stuff. from what i'd heard of that dead kennedy song i won't like their new album either.

I heard their new stuff 's gonna be really aggressive, in the Messhuggah style. Don't know if it's a joke, but I think they are able to take this musical direction and still able to play awsome Metal

That is the worst piece of shit I've ever heard. HAHAHAHAHAHA Metallica is so terrible. Their old stuff was not bad, but everything after ...And Justice For All (their best one IMO) was total crap. HAHAHA, I can't get over the song.

Let me inform you that the song is JaRule's and he ASKED MetallicA to "alter" it somehow (adding guitars and stuff). It's NOT an official MetallicA song (just like "I Disappear" IS A FUCKIN' SOUNDTRACK, not included in any of their albums).

And MetallicA NEVER followed the "safe" way. They do what THEY like and cared about no one else. Like Lars said once: "...this is fuckin' OUR shit, and we wanna do what's right for US, what WE feel good about. If you like it, you're invited along. If you don't, well, there's the door."

They always were a selfish band, no doubt, but I respect them for that, even if I don't really like their latest works. I just know when to shut up..
