METALLICA's classic song "One" is featured in the brand new trailer for "The Punisher", the latest series from Marvel and Netflix. Due later in the year, the series stars former "The Walking Dead" cast member Jon Bernthal as the title character, reprising the role he originated in season 2 of "Daredevil". It's billed as an action conspiracy thriller. METALLICA's 1988 single "One",taken from from band's politically charged album "…And Justice For All", is based on the 1971 film "Johnny Got His Gun" which tells the story of a severely injured World War I soldier whose arms and limbs have been blown off and has lost all of his senses. Now a prisoner in his own body, the soldier is desperate to be released from his pain. In addition to Bernthal, "The Punisher" stars "Daredevil" and "Defenders" veteran Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, "Girls" alum Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Castle's confidant Micro, and "Westworld" black hat Ben Barnes as Billy Russo. Netflix has reportedly been working on the adaptation since January 2016.
