I'd use my mastered Magic Counter + Ultima combo. And I have Auto-Reflect enabled.

I switch from the mega buster to elecmans weapon, "Thunder Beam" and do the pause trick, which is really helpful againgst Yellow Devil. (aka slatanic thrash)
