OK forget about the selling out and damaged nerves etc, but just hypothetically, if James, Lars, Dave M, and Dave E ever got together to write and record some songs, do you think they would have created a masterpiece or a piece of crap?

And I'm talking about today, not in 1986. That one goes without saying.

hey c'mon... these guys have dominated the scene enough. Let then RUST IN PEACE and let them have their YOUTHANASIA (whether they like it or NOT!!!)...
new talent we (or atleast, I) want right now, and Metallica and Megadeth have gone down the drain since the days of AND JUSTICE FOR ALL, and COUNTDOWN TO EXTINCTION.

(Look how bad the new Metallica and Megadeth albums are... Dave's Injury doesn't seem so bad after all...or foes it?)

And Justice For All is a fantastic album. Remember that is 14 years old now - think of the scene back in 1988 - Justice was the best thing out, AND the Justice tour was Metallicas best tour (with Lady Liberty of Justice falling to pieces on stage - brilliant).

Anyway, seems like the poll is split. If you ask me, all the musicians have the talent - they just don't have the inspiration. Perhaps by writing together, they can bring out each others best.

They'd write more almost alternative songs like on Risk or Load/Re-Load.
