Who here can recommend me some awesome Mexican music? Stuff in the genre of Tito & Tarantula, Chingón or the stuff that are in some Robert Rodriguez's movies...

I guess I'm looking for some real deal Mexican, but kinda rock n rollish/bluesish/whatever that is.

Thanks:oops:

Don't think hes mexican, but its sorta rockish-spanish style music. At my last job they gave me a CD of his, and my mom stole it before I had a chance to listen to it, she really likes it :D.

Edit: Wow, forgot to post link http://www.pavlo.net/ :S

Edit Again:
He composes in a style of music best described as “Mediterranean music”. A music that combines influences of Flamenco, Latin, Classical and Mediterranean guitar mixed together with the Greek Bouzouki.

Nevermind, not mexican at all

I fell in love with this song called "Pobre Juan", though I havent listened to it in a while.

Spanish rap is brutal too, this one song my friend from work blasted went "suck my dick bitch" in Spanish for the whole song.

Wow, that is quite awesome indeed! I love it:)

Is this the same guy, btw? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFtGNtAoNM0

could be...Dontknow, Like I said, my mom saw the CD and stole it, I've only heard a few songs from it when I had to drive her car. No matter, it was free :D.

I used to work at a record store, and the head office would send a list of albums we had to play a certain amount of tiems a week. We never followed it of course, but Pavlo was one of them. At a staff meeting before christmas season we were aloud to take 3 cds from the bin. I only grabbed it cause he was wailing on a classical guitar on the cover. I also snagged Lamb of God Sacrament, seeing as it was teh next best thing, someone else grabbed the Bob Dylan collection .

ANYWHOOO, you arn't on msn, waht gives.

what a great thread...
You're just pointing out the obvious... But thanks for appreciating, nonetheless!
