Mike Portnoy and Jordan Rudess at NAMM

Just thought I'd post the info if anyone's interested... This is from the official Dream Theater site:

Mike Portnoy will be at the NAMM show on Saturday, January 20th. He will be appearing at the TAMA booth at 2:30 (along with Kenny Aronoff and John Blackwell) and at the Pro Mark booth at 4:30 (along with Marco Minnemann).

Jordan Rudess will be appearing at the NAMM show in Anaheim, CA from January 18th through January 20th, 2007.

Here is his schedule:

Friday, 1/19

11:15 am - Showcase Theatre with Rudess Morgenstein Project
01:30 pm - Showcase Theatre with Rudess Morgenstein Project
02:30 pm - Keyboard Stage, Jordan solo clinic

Saturday, 1/20

11:15 am - Showcase Theatre with Rudess Morgenstein Project

If I could, I'd definately get along and check it out. Jeff Loomis is gonna be there as well.

This might just warrant an impromptu road trip. Wonder how long the drive is from Chicago...

I wouldn't have a clue mate, how long the drive is, but yep, as far as I can see Rudess/ Moregenstein project are playing...

Well Anaheim is a bit far to drive last minute, but I'm hoping that maybe Rudess Morgenstein Project considers a DVD from these shows.

yeah, im going to a local show after party thing hoping to catch some musicians or anything thier, and my friends bands playing as well as, a Maiden tribure band, Dream Theater tribute band, and an ac/dc tribute band. If anyone is interested its at a small club in anaheim called the press box, and it should be a good show.
