Whitesnake's self-titled and Scorpions Blackout were two of my favorites from the "cock rock" era. I thought music began and ended with Scorpions back in '85-'86ish, tbh.
Cock rock isn't really my style. The only album i actually bought that would classify as cock rock (at least according to wikipedia) is Europe's "The Final Countdown". But Whitesnake is ok, I suppose. "Here I go again" and "Is This Love" occassionally pop up in my head. Great songs.
I agree with a previous poster about Ratt's Invasion of Your Privacy. That has to be my favorite hair band album. A close second is a band called Wildside with the album Under the Influence. It is outstanding, and I really am not a big hair band fan.
