Guitarist / vocalist Milan Polak has inked a deal with Metallic Blue Records for the worldwide release of his two acoustic albums, Wire & Wood and Wire & Wood 2.
Wire & Wood will be released on May 30, while Wire & Wood 2 will be available later this year.
Says Milan, “Wire & Wood is NOT your typical unplugged album. It is a collection of mostly rock songs with real drums (Ivan Busic) and bass (Andria Busic), however all electric guitars have been replaced with acoustic guitars. Some songs are re-recorded, new arrangements of previously released songs off my four vocal albums, some songs have never been released before. Wire & Wood also features incredible guest performances by Billy Sheehan, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, Tony Franklin, Kip Winger and Mistheria. This is a project that’s been on my mind for a long time and I am happy to finally realize it.”
