This two track, 7'' double-A single is something of a teaser for psycho-stoner-rock act Millionaire's upcoming full length Paradisiac, and it's quite the intriguiging little appetiser. Produced by Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme, the two tracks on this disc manage to skirt between menacing bass-heavy desert rock a la Kyuss and demented, dissonant indie recalling The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, whilst retaining some elements of both catchiness and weighty riffage.

The soaring crescendo of 'We Don't Live Their Anymore', coming as it does after three and a half minutes or so of fractured, looping riffage and the singer's multifaceted, Maynard James Keenan-esque vocals, sounds pretty huge and almost warrants a purchase of the forthcoming album on it's own, whereas the more twitchy, jerky 'For A Maid' is a bit harder to like unless you're really into more angular, spiky material.

Worth keeping an eye on.
