MINDLESS SINNER started out as PURPLE HAZE in 1981, before they found their band name GENOCIDE to their now well-known. The Swedish Band released their first EP „Matser Of Evil“ in 1984, in that unbelievable way still 80% active line-up today. Consisting of singer Christer Göransson, the two guitarists Magnus Danneblad and Jerker Edman, Anders Karlsson on bass and drummer Tommy Johansson.

The EP ´Master Of Evil´ is essential for every 80‘s Metal collection. MINDLESS SINNER offered hard and heavy riffs, which are in the tradition of the eighties and the high quality on the top league.

These four iconic songs from the EP will be re-released on Vinyl with the demo recordings ´Mindless Sinner´, ´Higher And Higher´, ´We All Go Back´, ´Heavy Metal Will Never Die´ and ´City Games´.

A special treat for the old school metal fans of PURE STEEL RECORDS. After the much acclaimed album release of "Poltergeist" about a year ago, we are happy to announce the vinyl re-release of "Turn on the power" by Swedish metal veterans MINDLESS SINNER. “Turn on the power” was the Northmen's second long player, recorded in late 1984 and released in early 1986. MINDLESS SINNER, one of the few bands that still mostly appear in the original line-up of the 1980s, offer finest old school metal with catchy riffs and great choirs. MINDLESS SINNER are influenced by Judas Priest and The New Way of British Heavy Metal, which makes the 2021 vinyl edition interesting not only for collectors.

The release date of the of the album "Missin' Pieces" by the Swedish Heavy Metal Band MINDLESS SINNER on CD is November 19th, 2021.

After the timeless debut full length classic “Turn On The Power”, the often overlooked, much more melodic second output “Missin’ Pieces” is now also being reissued on vinyl; for the very first time since the original release back in 1989. A few years earlier, the Swedes simply shortened their band name down to MINDLESS and increasingly oriented themselves towards melodic Hard Rock, which is comparable to the early works of their compatriots Europe. Unfortunately, there was no commercial success at that time, but still today tracks like “Rockin' In The Heat Of The Night”, the synthesizer driven “Hold On”, “Missin' Pieces”, “End Of The Road” and the ballad “Reflections Of Fantasia” can be seen as hidden gems of the genre. Like the other re-releases "Missin‘ Pieces" will be limited to 300 copies and comes with an inlay, as a bonus there are demo recordings of the album tracks from 1986. A must have for lovers of Swedish Steel!
