MINOTAURUS Release Video For Power Metal Opus “Coming Home”, Announce Memories In The Haze Album

"... For centuries, sailors’ tales have told of purification in the face of the storm. The sea is not just a backdrop but a proving ground: when danger and ruin loom, greed gives way to reflection. Crew and captain alike recognize their own vulnerability and put their trust in higher powers—a classic motif between adventure, morality, and spirituality that still resonates today and is continually reinterpreted. Into this tradition sails “Coming Home,” the new clip by the German power/folk-metal formation Minotaurus. As an advance signal for the seventh studio album, Memories In The Haze, slated for November, the piece presents itself as a short music film—directed by Kevin Ehrl (E(h)rlebnisfilm).

As the pre-release clip for the upcoming full-length Memories In The Haze, “Coming Home” marks the most elaborate music video the Aschaffenburg outfit has produced to date. At its center is a duet between frontman Oliver Klump and vocalist Clarissa Hobeck, musically situated between power and folk metal. Lyrically, the film draws on the lore of 15th- to 17th-century privateers who are caught in an inescapable storm—fully aware there is no way out...."

Memories In The Haze, the new full-length by Bavarian folk & power metal band Minotaurus arrives on November 28 via NRT-Records and sets a wide thematic compass: from myths and legends to subjects firmly rooted in the present...."
