I dig it man, what did you use for bass? I like the bass, the guitar tone is a bit crunchy for me, but that's just me. And that snare is sort of empty and dry sounding.

Thanks man! I used Zombass for bass! and yeah, I tried to smooth the guitars and add some to the snare, but it felt a bit muddy, and I didn't feel like reworking the mix. But thanks for the feedback!

Actually, listening to it again, I don't think the tone is too crunchy, I was sort of listening out of context to just the guitars. I recant my former statement.

Mix overall is a bit dark and high-mid heavy in the 2-4khz region, especially the guitar tone.

The guitars gets pretty annoying to listened to after a while. They're like orion mentioned way to mid-heavy, and slightly too loud in the mix imo.

I agree, the guitars sound like nothing but mids, especially the left guitar. The mix is too clear I think too. Vocals will definitekky help but I feel that there is too much space. Pretty cool though man! Its tight

Okay, so I took the guitars and tried to remove some of the upper-mids, and I still like the sound of the mix, but am not sure if the problem was solved. Tell me what you guys think of this version vs. the first one! Thanks again guys!

Better than the first, not as harsh tone but its still too mid-heavy imo.

I agree to brighten it up but you shouldn't use reverb on snare if its not an effect snare imo. Better to use room sample to make it bigger sounding.
