Mix from the weekend

I visit this forum regularly but don't really post much so here goes.
I recorded these guys (torn_by_tr@gedy) over the weekend. They are along the lines of KSE or Machine Head.
Any opinions on the mix would be really appreciated.

It is the only song on my page at the moment because the file hoster I use for the flash player deleted all the other stuff and I have yet to put everything back up.

Really appreciate that coming from a reamping master!
It's a PRS custom 24 in drop A quad tracked through peavey 6505 and H&K triamp mk2 and orange 4x12 with 2 57s blended (Heartwork style) with ts808 left and MXR Wylde overdrive right to give stereo separation. Preamp is API A2D.
The guys are back in a few weeks to do more stuff so I can tweak the vocals then. I agree with your comment about them being a bit indistinct. I used a Focusrite ISA 220 for vox but probably should have used the API and driven it a bit. A bit of 2-5K boost should fix it though.

OK. Did a fresh ears master eq today and cleaned up the low mids and got more overall level.
It's amazing how much clearer everything sounds the next day
