Mix with toneport

yeah, I never seem to get any responses either dude.

drums over-compressed, guitars are dark and a little congested sounding (if you know what i mean), and their is something weird about the vox that i can't put my finger on. Are they double tracked?

It's not terrible, just giving some constructive criticism. keep at it man!

hey dude, im not trying to be a dick but the guitar playing NEEDS to be tighter in order for this to sound how you want it to. Its not super sloppy but it could of been played cleaner. From where im listening the snare could go up a half db or more. try to clean the breaks on your guitar (when the guitar stops playing trim off the end of the track just a tiny bit) youll know how much is right to take off. the toms sound like they all sit in one area of the eq spectrum, try eq'ing each of them slighty differnt ex: cut 2 db at 400hz on the highest, then 470hz the next so on and so forth. hope this helps. This is just contructive criticism, keep working at this.

How did you end up getting the guitar louder in your "lul7.mp3" latest version compared to your earlier ones? I'm running into the same issue. When I try and make it louder, it clips. :erk:
Sorry i'm a n00b so I can't offer much more advice to your questions. But I like your riff, sounds good.
