MODERN CRIMES, the new band featuring former A PERFECT MURDER guitarist Carl Bouchard and drummer Yan Chausse along with bassist Luc Verville, singer Frank Pellerin and guitarist Kevin Lemire, has posted a message on its MySpace page explaining how the band came together.
