Fan-filmed video footage of MORBID ANGEL's November 28 performance at Le Trabendo in Paris, France can be seen below. In an August 8 interview with SkullsNBones.com, MORBID ANGEL drummer Tim Yeung was asked when fans can expect to see a follow-up to the band's 2011 album "Illud Divinum Insanus". He replied: "I don't know. I don't have that answer. I would love to do [a new album] I'm ready right now but it's really up to other people to start getting some stuff together. I think there are some songs that are kind of in the works right now. I know there's riffs and stuff like that I hear stuff here and there but we aren't actually working on anything yet. But we are working on getting
We're talking about doing maybe an EP, something of that nature. I think that could be a possibility. [We'll] try to shoot for next year. Or 2016, I don't know
Hopefully it's soon. Hopefully next year. So there is talks of it. But nothing confirmed." Asked how it's been playing with MORBID ANGEL four years after he replaced the band's longtime drummer, Pedro "Pete" Sandoval, so that Pete could recover from surgery for a disc prolapse, Yeung told Monster: "It's been great. MORBID ANGEL has been awesome as far as we work great together. I fit really good with those guys. We're all a little crazy, so I fit in perfectly with that. It's great. It's awesome. It's an honor to work with them. It's fantastic. The fans are really starting to come through also. It was a little hard at first, because Pete's such a great player; he's really irreplaceable. So I really just kind of filled that slot. I didn't really replace him I just added my own
They just added me to the element there, what was there. So it's been awesome; really great." "Illud Divinum Insanus" sold around 3,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release to enter The Billboard 200 chart at position No. 141. The effort marked MORBID ANGEL's first CD to feature bassist/vocalist David Vincent since 1995's "Domination".
