Bought a CD today of the Swedish band Athela (some friends of mine)!!!!
I´ll just say this!!!
IF YOU LOVE OPETH YOU´LL PROBABLY LIKE ATHELA TOO!!!

Very good musicians and really good songs too... I am VERY impressed!

I know they have some mp3 "clips" on their homepage so check them out if you want another Opeth-like band...

Damn, that sucked. I went to the site and downloaded the Spectral preview, then I downloaded the plug-in for the Winamp to hear it and still couldn't open it. Computers...sometimes they're so rewarding and other times...ugh!

Actually Athela haven´t released any albums yet!!! The only thing you can get is a 44 minutes long demo-CD called "Spectral". I bought it for about $4 here in Sweden. I think you can get the CD if you mail the guys in Athela!

By the way, I reeeaally love the way Elin plays the bass on the "Spectral" CD. Wow... She is sooo good!
