Looking for aggressive thrash like dark angel, but with the downtuning and production quality of pantera. I like pantera's vocals too... I guess, just a faster more thrash and less groove version of pantera. Any suggestions?

Not strictly thrash, but 'Empire of the Worlds' by Biomechanical is fookin' awesome! Sounds a bit like Pantera in parts, but with a Sci-fi / futuristic vibe.
Not bad, maybe something more traditional thrash though / less progressive / less power-metal-vocals
