Woke up with some pain in my wrist, but its since went away.

Did some cardio in the morning, grabbed some El Pollo Loco, and now just chillin.

Prob clonked for a total of 18 hrs yesterday when its all said and done. Remember crashing after an impaired RC session at 4pm. Didnt wake up until 3am, at which time I went to sleep for another 7 hours.

Broke my sobriety rule, but it was worth it. Good to get out of the abode. No ragrets.
