Been waiting for this for sometime!

http://www.motu.com/newsitems/wireless-control-of-cuemix-from-your-iPad

Uses touchOSC then loading up a template on your iPad.

But I made it for our iPhones!

I made a quick iPhone template. I'll implement more as I need them. Everyone in the band has iPhones so they can their own IEM mixes on the fly!

Excited to implement this tomorrow during Practice. It loads up all the track and buss names too'

Very nice. I could never get OSC to work for me, but admittedly didn't try very hard either

It was great, 4 iPhones and an iPad hooked up, everyone controlling their mix... At the time same time. So wicked.

I want to try to run a show with this setup as FOH. With backups of course...

John your setup is great! How did you actually get this to work though? I have the messages going to and from the computer but as far as how that connects to cuemix im at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Such a good idea as im sick of having to click to the cuemix window when im needing to mute or adjust gain while tracking vocals.

Enable OSC control in cuemix, make sure phone and comp are on same wifi, open touchOSC on mobile device, go to options, click on the first one (should say IP address) and if everything is running properly you should see your MOTU interface and your computer name at the bottom, click on that and it should work.

Make sure you load up the right TouchOSC layout!

Well its showing up in CueMix and Logic is registering it so I guess the questions now is when creating a new layout for iphone how did you assign said object on the cuemix panel to the osc object (fader on cuemix talk to fader in osc). I dont understand why MOTU wouldnt have released a downsized version for iphone haha
Thanks again I cant wait to get this thing working!

Logic? Why would that even be in the equation?

I took the iPad layout, made it iPhone size and picked the features I wanted

Mr. Wormwood! Would you mine providing a link or attaching your iPhone CueMix layout? I have been trying to scale MOTU's iPad version, with no success. Thank you very much....
