If this 7 min excerpt on cyberpapispace is any indication of the the album as a whole, we may have an AOTY. A complete mood setter of the most somber sort. I fucking adore this band. Though the June Frost was a LITTLE bit of a letdown, The Monad of Creation remains the best "funeral" doom album around imo, fucking downhearted and intense

good though not as good as The Monad of Creation. Loving the new one so far. Songwriting seems a bit more daring and experimental, but under control.
