Benny Hill the Dog :)
DSC00161.JPG

I call him Fuzzy sometimes...
I've had him for about 10 years now. He came to me quite by accident. My aunt almost hit him with a car when he was 6 months old. They looked for the owner for about a month. My birthday was coming up, and my last dog hand been poisoned by a neighbor, so my uncle decided to give him to me. I named him Benny Hill almost as soon as I saw him. He came house-trained and developed the weird habit of attacking his own tail when being fed. :)
I cried like a baby when he got arthritis.

That's a neat story Keyser! Destiny amazes me. :)

My dog loved her arthritic stricken legs rubbed and massaged. She also loved a heating pad on them, but you gotta make sure it doesn't get too hot on your Benny's skin. He'll love you for it! Your vet may be able to prescribe an arthritis medication, but you gotta be careful. They made my pup behave like she was about 10 years younger within a few days, she was running around the house and jumping around, but it was too rough on her stomach so we had to stop them.

What a CUTIE BENNY HILL IS!!!! CUTE!!!! :hotjump:

Thanks!
Thanks for the tip! The doc gave him some stuff and he hasn't had an episode since. The doc told me only to give them to him when in pain. I've been giving him senior treats that have joint-improving vitamins.
I love him dearly. He's a strange doggie. Sometimes, he just sits there, looks at you, then rolls over on his back and makes a motion with his paw to get you to rub his belly... and you just have to comply... can't resist!
He LOVES people and even cats... too much I think. One time, a cat bitch-slapped him twice and ran off. Benny was stunned for half a minute!
