My Current Mix - Improvements?

been workin fair bit on it. theres no mastering on it as of yet.

kind of looking to get a balance between sturgis/wickman.

Drums need compression/volume. Guitars need volume and gain. Is there a bass track in there?

there is bass yeh. It was bit too subby at first so mightve over done when i sorted that out.

Amazing sound! ... Very clear guitar sound. Just like Wickman's.
And I love the riffage, are you influenced by Within the Ruins?

Please give some informations on what you used for drums and guitars.
Cause I want to record a simular style of song soon.

I think he toms are too spaced as far as panning goes, but everything else sounds tight, maybe a little too tight but it does sound pretty good, and I really like the song

Guitars are jus Podfarm (Cali Diamond Plate / Tube Screamer)
I use a Washburn x50 ProE. Drums are just standard Slate drums which is why the cymbals arent great. Ive still not got around to gettin waves plugins so its jus logic compression but I use Lexicon Reverb plugin as well.

Yer I generally go for a good stereo mix but I see what ya mean bout the toms. Not sure what I could change for tightness except lay off some compression, but the feedback is much appreciated cheers.
