Don't know who Eric Forrest is, but I'd probably replace him with Les Claypool and put Mike Patton on side vocals with Devin.
Not to mention adding The Edge on guitar.
Imagine that: Devin Townsend, Mike Patton, Les Claypool, The Edge, and Richard Christy. SYL meets Primus, FNM, Mr. Bungle, U2, Passengers, Death, Iced Earth, Control Denied, and set to pureé. Crazy.

hmm.... great kickass picks, but I'd have to put in the singer from Fear Factory (can't remember name) on vox, Jeff Loomis on guitar 1, Niklas Sundin on guitar 2, and Amorphis's old keyboardist (also dont know name) on keys, ICS Vortex on bass, and on drums, Emperor's drummer from the Nightside Eclipse record on drums. I dunno how weird that would look, btu I'd bet it would sound killer.

haha actually I enjoy Niklas's guitar parts big time Damage Done and Haven especially, as that was a big change in DT's style and it was for the good IMO. but ur right, he does do badass pics, so there's a plus
