I used Pod Farm, SSD, SM7 on vox, ya know the riggamara.

This is probably the most proud i've been of a recording yet. Thanks for yo responses!

Nice tone !

I don't see nothing to say more as I am not a professional of this kind of metal but the mix is quiet equilibrated.
I would compress the kick a bit more and maybe EQing the CC with more mids, but only my taste.

I'm not 100% sold the guitar tone myself. It sounds kinda boxy to me... could use a tad more bite and maybe less mids, IMO.

Playing also sounds a tiny bit sloppy to me in the intro riff.

I really dig the drums, tho. Which snare is that?

Thanks for your input! I did notice exactly what you're talking about with the guitar tone, just not sure where to go to get it bigger...

I'll tweak the settings a little. I already changed the eq a little bit but not much difference there.

As for the drums, it was Snare 10A, z3 i believe (z1 sounds strangely thin)... Idk i could check when i get home. Then just ran some eq to bring out the thump in the midrange, compression and reverb to taste.
