Should i finish it?
I really dont feel like i have the inspiration to do so, but at the same time, before i "give up guitar" i want to finish one song..

Here it is: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/876568/human_disorder.mp3

It was the first song i ever wrote on guitar, in like 5 years ago, but our band thought it sucked so i let it be.. now i just felt like its the perfect way to "end things" by going back to where i started.

The music is not bad. What you are living now is just a phase, and like all phases this will pass and better days will come. But if you really like music soon or later you will understand that you cant quit, you may not play for a while but you will always comeback. It´s bigger than you;)

It just feels meaningless, because i dont feel that im expressing myself or learning anything.. and i cant seem to push my self either. :erk:

Try what I do in those situations: Buy a new pedal. Works every time with me. I can't believe how cool it is every time, that after you've had like ~3 months emotional downtime with the guitar ("I can't come up with anything new"), then you buy this new toy to jam with and you suddenly find something cool to do. If it doesn't work for you, then just sell it off.

and yeah, you should do the song, but it could use a bit more emotion in it.

Il _NEVER_ stop writing music.. because i really go insane if i cant write/play something in a few days, but it doesnt matter much what instrument it is(Im a multi-instrumentalist.).. and it doesnt feel like i phase, but i do hope it is.
But im definitely quitting my band and selling of most of my gear, if anything, i want a clean start anyways.

Yes - finish it. I command it.

Seriously bro.. .you gotta.

Its starting to look like i will! ;)
Thanks for the support man.

I just bought 2 new guitars, 1 new amp and an old Lexicon Reverb just for that very reason.. and it didn't help at all, which it usually does.
Im going to keep at least 2 guitars(Both Aria Knight Warrior's), so i can pick it up again if i feel like it.

Yeah, il probably finish it.. il start working some more on it tomorrow.
And about that emotion part: Thats a huge part of the problem.. i cant express my self anymore, but hopefully i will be able to pull out the last piece of emotion/inspiration thats left in me to put all the pieces together.
As you probably can hear, i tried to put the guitars as far back in the mix as possible just because i cant stand to hear my own playing right now. :erk:

Anyways, thanks for your guys support!
As i said in that original thread: I WUW U GUISE!
