My latest production [Pod, Lasse, Slate]

Holy shit.. This requires two comments from me.

This is fucking great. Great song, mix, everything man.

Would love to know more info on the mix! That was exceptional my man. Can't stop grinning/listening to it.

P.s. vox might be a TAD loud on my speakers/headphones. Other than that...ace.

Thanks for the comments guys! Glad to hear you are diggin' it.

The guitars are 2 tracks of the "Dual Treadplate" model on Pod Farm with the Mesa Cabinet and SM57 on-axis.
Leads are LexTAC into Lolzgregs free Mesa impulse.

Snare is a mix between 2 of Lasse's snares and a sample that fellow forumite Dandelium posted a while back.
The kick is a blend between 2 slate samples and the original tracks from Metal Foundry.

All of the drums are programmed with Metal Foundry.

I still can't figure out how to download Gregs Impulse.. I right click and 'save as' but it tells me I need a new version of quicktime, which I have..

I'm liking it all, but it's sounding a bit muddy, it could use some air. More limiter on those guitars, or anything for tightness, they sound a bit "all over the place". But like I said, I'm liking of not loving it all. Great singer!

this is awsome...! i am loving everything, i agree with bottner, in certain parts it's a bit loud. other then that sounds goood

I like it. It's so stylistically different to anything I'd ever do, especially drum-wise that I can't help but really dig it!

Kick has a cool attack to it - those the Lasse samples in action?

Kick is a MF kick blended with Slate if I remember correctly. I don't own Lasse's kicks yet but I plan on buying them eventually.

Glad to hear you are liking it!

"Right-click" onto the actual link, not the opened wav file. If you're using quicktime, you can only "save-as" if you have pro, which is just the dumbest thing ever and is terrible reasoning to get someone to upgrade.

I still sometimes blend one of the free kicks you posted up a while ago. Has a cool attack to it, and works as part of the slate/various custom sample frankenkicks I get going on here. I bet the new ones you've done rock.
