Here's a few pics of my old band Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, the first ones are pretty blurry, someone didn't know how to use a 35mm camera :) The other ones I took at a large club in CT. just after sound check.

Awesome! did you guys play stuff from Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules?

I love those CD's. I think it would be fairly easy to get a singer that can do Ozzy but a RJD is a different matter.

Plus I think Geezer played some of his most killer riffs on those 2 CD's. :kickass:

I liked the newer stuff but we got more requests for classics so we spent more time learning those. I liked Fairies Wear Boots and Warpigs, Geezer did some cool progressive grooves. I wanted to play Lonely Is The Word but we never got around to it. When we had our first singer he couldn't do Dio so I sang it while he took a break :) our second singer did Ozzy and Dio well.

You are absolutley right on that one spideyjg. I love Ozzy and everything but IMO, RJD is a much better vocalist. Heaven and Hell is my all-time favorite Sabbath album. The Dio/Sab stuff seems a lot more complex to me (like you said about Geezer), which I love.

Many times, it's not easy, but the vocals flow well with the bassline. If the bass goes against the grain of the singing too much then I can't do it. We're doing some Pink Floyd right now and I'm having some trouble with Money.

While Heaven and Hell was an incredible album...my favorite stuff is the old stuff!

The Wizard, Snowblind, Into the Void, A National Acrobat, Lord of this World, Symptom of the Universe, Electric Funeral...

Well basically the set list for my band The Black Lotus Coven! :D

Children Of The Grave? We used a 20 second audio bit from the movie Black Sabbath as our intro.
