Soon as I read the headline, I knew those heartless cunts in the media were culpable.
The package contained "disturbing" photographs, video and writings, NBC said, apparently sent between the two rounds of killings.
Yeah! Not disturbing enough to send out an alert, though.
The correspondence has been turned over to the FBI for examination.
