NE Metal and Hardcore Festivcal

azal, we didn't diss on the NJ festival for any other reason than a personal problem with the ethics and management of Jack Koshick.

NE Metal and Hardcore has proven to be the more efficiently and professionally run of all the festivals that I have been to as a performer and as a fan.

Because of that reason, if we had the chance to play the Worcester fest and also the performance capabilities I would jump at the chance. However, we are not really in any position to play at all, except if we did like an acoustic set or something but I also haven't heard anything about the promoters begging Dark Symphonies to get us on the bill so the chances are that it is not happening.

As a fan though, I am psyched to go.

Now I could diss on NJ for having those horrible creations known as jughandles but I am not really that low, even though they were one of the sole reasons for my driving frustration when we played there in July of 2001. :)

Actually we were asked to play but we don't have the personnel to play a live show.

I'm going to try to attend friday but my sister is graduating college in DC that weekend so I'll definitely be headed south come Saturday.

yeah I totally understand, I just wanted to say poop.

the NJ one is getting sketier and sketchier everyday.

this new venue, is like, in the heart of the Newark ghetto.

i don't know if I really need to go see Deicide now.

Call me uncool but I'm most interested in seeing Dysrhythmia and Cradle of Filth.

Cradle of Filth is doing Ozzfest this summer.

along with Shadows Fall and Killswitch.

it's only a matter of time before we see MotW there too.

well i don't know about that. i wouldn't think we'd have much of a fanbase with the black metallers and the metalcore crowd or the nu-metal crowd which makes up most of that festival.
