Hey lads,

Just hoping to get a bit of assistance with a new purchase. I'm finally ditching my 15 inch screen in favour of something 20-23.
I have these two 23's in mind, as they both fall into my sub $200AUS budget.

I am able to see one in store but not the other. Thoughts on these or any other recommendations would be highly appreciated:

HP X23 23" LED Monitor

Philips-241E1SB/75 23.6"

Thanks

I've got a very similar HP 23" one except the buttons are on the bottom, seems good to me and hasn't fucked up (still under warranty for another few weeks)...but I'll always want a bigger one. :)

Haha I'm use to a 21.5 at work, and it's plenty for me. Especially the room I have to put it in.

I'm currently leaning towards the HP myself as that is the one I am able to see, so I know what to expect and I've been quite happy with my HP lap top.
I do trust Philips as a brand though, so trying to keep an open mind.

I just bought (last week) a couple of these Philips 24" for work. So far they seem like a nice monitor.

Got them from the Centre Com Store on Plenty Road Bundoora.

I have had this Benq for around 8 months and quite like it.

The Benq does not have the ability to Vesa mount.

Both only have angle/tilt adjustment and not height adjustment on the stand (IIRC), but for $169 and $179 respectively, can't really complain.

Decent monitors for the cheap price.

Michael, thanks for those!!
I've actually become quite fond of the Philips range given their 3 year warranty, so I will head down to Centrecom in Sunshine later this week to pick one up :)
Great prices too!
