Need advice on a mix for a compilation. Melodeth song.

Well, the studio where my band practices at is making a compilation of all the bands that practice/record there. This is a song I wrote a while back, and my band is now playing. We want to submit this song for the compilation, so i remixed it. What would you guys say are the weakest points? Bass? Snare? I mastered it a little hot (but not as hot as I think I shoulda, lol) cus I kinda want it to stand out, but I have a -9 rms version with a slightly more in-yer-face-hole bass. What sayeth thee??

I just listened to it over my jbl 'phones, I'm thinking I could take a little high end off the cymbals (maybe not, my jbls seem to be on the bright end of things) and maybe give some top end to the leads and synth, though I kinda like how the chorus sounds like a wall of poo with the guits kinda low, LOL.
