So, I downloaded what seems to be a "fake" version of their new album, Given to the Rising. It is almost 2 hours long and comes in two discs. This is the tracklist:

CD 1:
1. Procession
2. West of the Orion
3. White Noise
4. The Divide
5. Silhouette Oblique

CD 2:
1. Gentle Wind
2. Endless Trail
3. Wave Existence
4. Mount Omen
5. Given to the Rising

However, the official release is only 70 minutes long and this is the tracklist:

1. Given to the Rising
2. Fear & Sickness
3. To the Wind
4. At the End of the Road
5. Shadow
6. Hidden Faces
7. Water Is Not Enough
8. Distil (Watching the Swarm)
9. Nine
10. Origin

I already started downloading another version of it THROUGH MY GRANDMA'S SAINTLY UNDERGARMENTS, hoping it is the real one. Anyway, the "fake" sounds good enough and it's very similar to Neurosis, but it certainly isn't Neurosis. Does anybody knows what the hell happened and where did this "fake" album came from? I couldn't find a lot of info on this.

If it's a popular release, don't just search and hope you got it right: look up the link on some reliable site and wait a couple of days (or keep checking) in case it gets nuked -- or naked, you never know.

But... what am I saying? This whole topic is preposterous! Are we here to give advice on how to break the law? Stop nodding so vehemently: we're not.

@QRV: just avoid mentioning your p2p application in the future and you're kosher.

What if QRV isn't Jewish?

I'd definitely check it out. Besides, I liked what I heard on that fake album.

Oh, I've listened to the real new Neurosis now, and needless to say, you won't be disappointed. They've gone back to their Relapse years, pretty much with the same quality.
