Try to search it on a software called Direct Connect, it's a little hard to use and you need a big shared folder, but I got the video from there. But I think I saw it on some unnofficial CoB page...
I got the Brazilian version and there's any extra too.

i would rather buy hcdr than download it from kazza. downloading is good for songs of bands that you dont really listen to the most but i always prefure to buy the cds.

Well the Japanese pressing is a lot rarer and a lot more expensive than the one with the link for the video. GO figure.
