It looks like it was made in Jasc GIF animator by someone who never used it before. It's really not hard to get rid of the noise around the fistful cover and make it blend with the rest of the banner.

That font, by the way, is Cenobyte and available here.

You mean the Fistful graphic that was copied (along with others) from anthrax.com? NOT that I care a whole lot. After all, Neil Turbin did sing on the album, BUT it did annoy the hell out of me when I right-clicked on the graphics on NeilTrubin.com and a Java Script message popped up saying it was "© NeilTurbin.com." I viewed the html source to find the url of the graphics. They had the same file name (something like "ant_fistful.jpg") AND were the exact same size, so I know they were copied.
