That would be cool if the writing got to be as good as Perpetual Burn, because I know Jeff's a great writer. I thought for how good Petrucci writes, "Suspended Animation" was kinda mediocre.

the title of this 'article' is rather misleading. all this says is that he intends to do a solo album once he has free time. its still gonna be a few years before we see this. blabbermouth are fuckin false advertisers haha...but when he does get around to doing one, it would be so awesome if he asked van to play on it, even though he probably wont becuase that would sound too much like nevermore (all the fans would be fuckin ecstatic though). guess we'll have to wait and see.
