Actually, The Razor's Edge was pretty good. I lost interest in them after that one though.

QFT, and I haven't owned anything post-The Razor's Edge either.

and to think this is the band that made me sit up and take notice of Hard Rock and Heavy metal back in 1980. Back In Black is still my number one hard rock album of all time.

It sounds like a very mellow AC/DC track. I really hope the rest of the album rocks harder than this garbage.

I'd say it ties with Whitesnake's s/t effort for best hard rock album. Back In Black could easily be the best come back album of all time though.

I don't know....I really liked Ballbreaker and Stiff Upper Lip. I thought both albums were well rooted in the Bon Scott Era sound and feel, and far better than most of the mid-late 80's releases.

From the opening chords, it's easily identifiable as AC/DC...but that's to be expected Back In Black and their 2-disc live album are both tremendous, but other than that I don't delve too deeply.

Blow Up Your Video and Razor's Edge had several cool songs.. i.e. Heatseeker, Thunderstruck... etc.

you have to dig a little deeper, past FTAR. They don't put together whole stellar ablums any more but their is usually a gem or two on each one.

Musically they've remained solid, but Brian's voice was just SO cashed by then, I completely lost interest. And I should correct my previous post, the BEST era (IMO) was the Bon Scott era, hands down......

That's a hit or miss album from them for me. I like it though. Hell, it's AC/DC, everything about sounds the same!
