Ken, I know you normally have a pretty good line on NB stuff, but I'm wondering in particular about the super duper deluxe limited collector's edition. It will have both of the new CD's, some sort of book(let?), etc. Looks a bit pricey, that's why I'm wondering.

That special edition is a smashing looking item. I have already ordered it from a supplier in the UK (where I live). [I have ordered quite a lot of stuff from Ken over the years, btw!]
