New band found: Xystus

[Metal Harry]

As I need to pass time when waiting for the new Symphony X album I found this band: Xystus (www.xystus.nl). And I went like Finally something new! Check it out if you like. They have a new album coming out in may but there are some samples on the site.

Just to lett you all know how to survive the wait.

Decent band. Recieving Tomorrow was an ok release...nothing groundbreaking, but tight.

found them 1 year ago. Good one-timer, but they needed more experience with their sound. (sounds too elektro to me)

The singer reminds me a bit of Khan sometimes. This band isn't bad. I agree (from what I've heard in the samples) with the previous posts in this thread. Seems pretty solid, but overall, nothing too great. Worth a listen for sure, though.
