I'm not sure. Catch 22 was only just released last year, so it may not be coming just yet.

I´ve got news from Mikael, that they are working on new material for a new cd, but nothing concrete yet.

As far as I know Peter is recording a Pain CD first. It should be one with only covers and after that one with his songs. I don't remember where I heard it so it might be only bullshit

Of a new Pain CD I heard too, but this CD should be in a Linking Park and Papa Roach style (so, hopefulli it is just a rumour)

I love both bands! I ca't stand numetal and wouldn't like it either if Pain would turn that style but I won't say anything till I hear the new stuff.

uh, can we stop to talk about Pain? I don't like such kind of music it's so plastic. Maybe one or two songs of the new album of them but the rest is incredipple.
The only bands wihich kiking ass are Hypocrisy and Entomed .

Considering that Pain is the brainchild of Peter Tagtgren, you know, the guy that started Hypocrisy, I think that it's fair game for discussion. Besides the fact that a new Pain release this year is probably one of the main reasons why we won't see a new Hypocrisy album until next year. Last I heard anyhow.

I second that, besides there isn't a Pain forum. I heard he's putting off the covers album though so we'll see what happens.
