for those who havent heard it yet:


in my opinion its a good song, i love the beggining and the solo, but i think the rest could be much better dunno.. it just asks for something more

anyways, what do you guys think?:)

what are you 2 guys talking about?

cmon this is a song just released and i bet only a few have heard it yet. whats the problem to share it to a bodom community?after that i just gave my personnal opinion about it, knowning that everybodys waiting to see for whats coming of cob new album, i think its interesting to see what is this songs about and opinions about it. isnt this a forum?

im glad that there is no vocal effect but don't the vocals seem a bit quite?
might just be because its not on a cd
either way i can't say that i am a fan of this song.
 
I'm glad this thread is here. This is the third time I have come to this thread for the link because the posts are coming so fast in the album's sticky thread that I cannot find the clip anymore.

Ehh, Hellhounds On My Trail was horrible in my book. The guitar wasn't too difficult, just fast. The guitar solo was literally 20 seconds of moving the trem-bar back and forth, whereas Ugly had a pretty structured guitar solo, with a much better tone. The whole entire Blooddrunk guitar tone was a muddy mess. Some of the compositions on the album were nice, but the production was messy and the tone just didn't do it justice.

I do like Banned from Heaven and Tie my rope, especially with the melodic sections. I just think Ugly is a more complicated song in terms of the riffs and the tones, scales used, etc. I just dig the melodies; it's a different approach to things. Blooddrunk just felt the same throughout the entire album for the most part. Not always, but for most of the album. Not to mention, Janne used the same exact keyboard sound in every song, whereas now he's switching things up more again.
