Hey i made a new mix yesterday and i wanted to see what other people thought of it. Its definetly one of my better mixes but i still feel like its a bit boxy sounding in the guitar area. Let me know what you think

Guitars sound a bit boxy, but more than anything they sound overly "POD"-ish...Are they sims? Drums sound a bit dry as well, which seems to be kinda the norm, but these sound more dry than usual.

Is this like an intro or something? They play the same thing for a minute and a half, haha...

haha its just a random riff i came up with and looped. They are sims btw, TSE on the left and LE456 on the right. The drums are superior with a replaced snare and kick. So should i but more verb on the drums?

It's a cool part could work for a long solo or interlude on an album. I agree a bit about the boxy guitars but its not that bad. I've heard amps that do sound that way. Tight playing. On my crappy computer speakers the lead/atmospheric parts were a bit too low. The solo sounds pretty sick i'd like to hear it more up front.
