Erm, hate to spoil the excitement, but I think the guy just took the available "Torn" cover and then did the fading to white at the sides in Photoshop and that's it. A pretty easy thing to do.

ok, it seems my search for a good drawer goes on...
BTW: In my opinion its beside the inner circle cover the best of all! It says everything about the music inside so far it can be heard.
