New FS Design

Hey All,

Full Strength now has a new design! Its been just over a year since the last re-design so I thought it was time for something else to look at. There are still some things to be added and the review and interview sections still have to be changed to the new format which will happen in time. So if anyone has any comments, questions or suggestions feel free to let me know
