I don't know them personally, but yeah, they're from Rome. I've always loved their stuff, though.
It's about damn time Italy put out a good band besides Novembre and Aborym. We've been sucking ass for years now...everyone's on this crappy thrash resurgence and it's sickening. I'm stoked that HoP are on their way up.
EDIT: Holy shit, I just listened to that track...fucking WIN!!! I dunno what it is about Rome, but there are tons of great bands there...mainly just there, though. Everywhere else kinda sucks in Italy.

I think it's mostly the title track that's similar. That one is kinda like Behemoth with actual songwriting structure minus the silly black metal stuff
