I cannot wait for this. Does anyone else here know any more specifics about this upcoming effort?

Though I dig the last two albums alot, I sure hope this will be leaning more towards "The Final Chapter", with hints of "Penetralia". That's kinda unlikely though, so I'll be happy with anything that's good and doesn't clip. Cover was cool though

Agreed, the self titled album is a classic, one of my favorite albums ever!! I don't think Hypocrisy has put out a bad album, so I will be getting the new one without hesitation.

The Final Chapter is amazing. When I first heard those extremely bass heavy guitars in "Dominion", I wanted to punch a baby!

I'm really looking forward to this. As for "Virus", I remember quite liking it if I recall correctly (I'll have to go back and give it a listen). I also like "Abducted" which I thought combined brutality with the more experimental side of Hypocrisy very well.

I think I'll have to load some Hypocrisy back onto my iPod today and give it a listen while I go about my day.

of course, the mastering on that one is way more than just fucked up, but the mix behind all the clipping seems to be a badass one imho!

Hell yea the self titled is awesome! I lost the disc and went out and bought it again. That's how much I love it.
I was so happy when I saw them live and the keyboard line of the first track started. I was like hell yea!

EDIT: HOLY SHIT this album was class! How the hell did I miss this? I listened through pretty much all of their stuff several times, but I somehow completely blanked on this one.
